Leader 360 Review
This tool allows leaders to open themselves for feedback from a group of peers who will evaluate them on several critical areas of leadership: Liberating Culture, Being a Liberator, Influence, Communicating Vision, Leadership Voice, Work-Life Balance, Self-Awareness, and more. The evaluations are completed anonymously and include a one-to-one debrief with one of our Discover Coaches.

Team 360 Review
Very much like the Leader 360, this tool allows a team to open themselves for feedback from each other as they evaluate their team on six areas of leadership: Communication, Relationship, Alignment, Execution, Capacity, and Culture. The evaluations are completed anonymously and include a one-to-one debrief between the Team Leader and none of our Discover Coaches.

Breaking the
Communication Code
Using the results of a customized 5 Voice Assessment for your team, we walk through a workshop where your team affirms each other's Foundational Voice with actual examples from their daily encounters with each other. We also look at the Rules of Engagement which prescribes the order to follow when engaging in a group. Finally, we look at what happens when each voice is pressed and stress levels begin to rise.
